Refund policy
How do I cancel an order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Care either via email on support@ishnya.com or via call/whatsapp on +919167448479. Any pre-paid order will not be allowed for cancellation. A credit note valid for 90 days will be issued in case of cancellation of pre-paid orders.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS
- For exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
- In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different style or a credit note*
- Monetary refund will not be provided
- Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Exchange Process: In order to exchange the garment, customers can opt for one of the two options -
1. Customer can choose to courier the pair back at own charges and costs (Ishnya will not bear the return courier charges).

2. A return pick up facility will be arranged from Ishnya at a small charge. You will be informed about the charges accordingly.
*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be exchanged for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the exchanged product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code. Credit Note is valid for a period of 3 months.
How to use a Ishnya Credit Note:
- Ishnya Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
- The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given
- For any issues in using the credit note code please contact our customer care team for assistance
CANCELLATION POLICY
www.ishnya.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Note:
While accepting the order from our logistics partner, if you notice that the package is in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +919167448479 or email us at support@ishnya.com mentioning your Order ID and the exact details of the issue. We will investigate the same on priority and within 24 hours we will update you about our investigation and provide details of the new replacement package.
