Shipping Policy

At Ishnya, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely and within the promised timelines. All orders are carefully packed and shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Orders are shipped throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above Rs. 2,500.

For orders below Rs. 2,500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to Rs. 15,000.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

You will receive your shipment tracking details via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please refuse delivery and immediately notify us.

Kindly ensure that the product is returned with its original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
